जयपुर।  मुख्यमंत्री की अभिनव पहल के अंतर्गत राजस्थान के समस्त सरकारी विद्यालयों में संचालित विद्यालय सौंदर्यीकरण एवं कायाकल्प अभियान ने इस वर्ष एक ऐतिहासिक आयाम जोड़ा है। प्रदेश के 91.7 प्रतिशत राजकीय विद्यालयों में रंगाई-पुताई एवं सौंदर्यीकरण कार्य पूर्ण कर लिया गया है और दीपोत्सव के दौरान सभी विद्यालय पहली बार एकरूप रंगों और लाइटिंग से जगमगा उठे।

इस अभियान का उद्देश्य दीपावली से पूर्व प्रदेश के सभी राजकीय विद्यालयों में रंगरोगन का कार्य पूर्ण कराना था। इसके लिए समस्त राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय एवं राजकीय उच्च प्राथमिक एवं प्राथमिक विद्यालयों के लिए रंग योजना (कलर कोड) निर्धारित की गई तथा शासन सचिव के निर्देशन में और निदेशक के मार्गदर्शन में स्पष्ट दिशा-निर्देश एवं कार्ययोजना जारी की गई। अभियान को मिशन मोड में क्रियान्वित करने के लिए निदेशालय के भवन अनुभाग द्वारा नियंत्रण कक्ष स्थापित किया गया। सघन अनुश्रवण, दैनिक प्रगति समीक्षा और स्पष्ट जवाबदेही के माध्यम से यह कार्य समयबद्ध एवं प्रभावी रूप से पूरा किया गया।

इस वर्ष अभियान में एक नई पहल भी जोड़ी गई — दीपोत्सव के दौरान राजस्थान के सभी सरकारी विद्यालयों को रोशनी से सजाने की ऐतिहासिक परंपरा की शुरुआत की गई। 18 अक्टूबर से पूरे प्रदेश के विद्यालयों में लाइटिंग की व्यवस्था प्रारंभ की गई, जो जो की संपूर्ण दीपोत्सव (23 अक्टूबर) तक लगातार जारी रही। इस अवधि में स्कूल परिसर जगमगाते रहे — ऐसा दृश्य प्रदेश के शिक्षा इतिहास में पहली बार देखने को मिला। विद्यालय अब केवल शिक्षा के केंद्र नहीं, बल्कि उत्सव और समुदाय के गौरव के प्रतीक बन गए।

इस ऐतिहासिक उपलब्धि में बालोतरा और भरतपुर जिलों ने शत-प्रतिशत लक्ष्य प्राप्त कर उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन किया है। अन्य जिलों में कार्य अंतिम चरण में है और शेष विद्यालयों में रंगाई-पुताई का कार्य 5 नवम्बर तक पूर्ण कर लिया जाएगा। इस अभियान ने विद्यालयों के भौतिक स्वरूप में अभूतपूर्व परिवर्तन लाने के साथ-साथ समुदाय में शिक्षा के प्रति विश्वास और सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण को सुदृढ़ किया है।

रंग योजना के अनुसार — प्राथमिक एवं उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में Coral Room (K243) हल्का रंग और Copper (0587) गहरा रंग उपयोग किया गया है। वहीं उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में Coral Beach (7969) हल्का रंग और Copper (0587) गहरा रंग निर्धारित किया गया है। इस एकरूप रंग संयोजन ने विद्यालयों को एक साफ-सुथरी, आकर्षक और गरिमामय पहचान दी है।

इस अभियान की सबसे बड़ी विशेषता इसकी जनभागीदारी रही। विद्यालय प्रबंधन समितियों, जनप्रतिनिधियों, समुदायों और स्वैच्छिक संगठनों ने सक्रिय सहयोग देकर इसे जन आंदोलन का रूप दिया। मुख्यमंत्री की इस पहल ने शिक्षा के प्रति राज्य की प्रतिबद्धता को नई दिशा और ऊर्जा प्रदान की है।

राजस्थान ने विद्यालय सौंदर्यीकरण और दीपोत्सव लाइटिंग के माध्यम से न केवल अपने विद्यालयों की सूरत बदली है, बल्कि राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर एक सशक्त मानक स्थापित किया है।

Rajasthan Illuminates History: _Government Schools Glow in Unified Colours and Lights This Diwali_

— _A landmark initiative under the School Beautification and Transformation Campaign_ 

Bikaner. Under the visionary leadership of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Rajasthan has created a new chapter in its education history. As part of the School Beautification and Transformation Campaign, 91.7% of government schools across the state have been freshly painted and beautified. For the first time ever, during the festive season of Diwali, these schools shone in uniform colours and decorative lighting — transforming the landscape of public education.

The campaign aimed to complete painting and renovation work in all government schools ahead of Diwali. A unified colour code was finalized for primary, upper primary, and higher secondary schools. Detailed guidelines and implementation plans were issued under the directions of the Secretary, School Education, and the guidance of the Director of Secondary Education. A central control room was set up at the Directorate’s Building Section to ensure real-time monitoring, daily progress reviews, and strict accountability — enabling the state to execute this campaign in true mission mode.

This year, an additional milestone was introduced — illuminating government schools across Rajasthan during the Diwali festival. Beginning October 18, lighting arrangements were carried out in schools throughout the state, continuing until the end of the Diwali celebrations on October 23. For the first time in Rajasthan’s education history, school buildings across districts remained beautifully lit throughout the festive week, turning campuses into symbols of pride, celebration, and community spirit.

Balotra and Bharatpur districts achieved 100% completion of the campaign goals, setting an example for the rest of the state. Other districts are in the final stages of completion, with pending painting work scheduled to be completed by November 5.

As per the approved colour scheme —

Primary and Upper Primary Schools: Coral Room (K243) – Light shade, Copper (0587) – Dark shade

Higher Secondary Schools: Coral Beach (7969) – Light shade, Copper (0587) – Dark shade

This uniform colour code has given government schools a clean, attractive, and dignified identity.

What makes this initiative truly remarkable is the scale of community participation. School Management Committees, local representatives, communities, and voluntary organisations came together to make this campaign a statewide movement.

Through this historic drive, Rajasthan has not only transformed the appearance of its schools but also set a national benchmark for other states to follow.
